Employee exit survey is a voluntary feedback interview by the Organization to an employee meant to gather general view of the employee while exiting the company, so as to provide an opportunity to diagnose and improve performance within the organization, mainly: a) Benchmark against industry and company norms for the exit interview survey items.
b) Track trends in employee exit interview satisfaction to measure improvements made.
c) Improve on other employee retention and working conditions in the organization.
The Employees will send back his/her anonymous survey answers to the Business Management System after invitation for the same. The data will be received and handled by the HR manager or Director and a summary of the data will be sent to the Organization Management. The answers to the questions shall be both matrix and descriptive, as follows:
- "Matrix Answers section", the Employee needs to give one answer from the multiple choice answers.
- "Descriptive Answers section", each question shall be answered in descriptive format.
